That “one card at a time” theory is a fantasy in my opinion. Oh, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be wrong about that, but it is very optimistic and totally belies how it’s being sold to us.
I’m not as negative as others regarding Beck, but I’ve been burned by him before. I really do see him as the boy who cried wolf with two caveats: 1. We all know how that story ends so, annoying as it is, when he does this I feel an obligation to follow the story. 2. He HAS cried wolf when there was one but the laws of “plausible denial” regarding the wolf’s actions have kept what should have been huge stories from becoming so.
IOW, he had what should have been a big story but it didn’t get legs. Kinda like the birth certificate stuff.
There are some FReepers who are so consistently wrong, when a new subject comes up, if I don’t have time to thoroughly research it, I can just look to see what certain FReepers are saying, and rest assured that the opposite view is right. I’ve seen some of them commenting here, and was not surprised to see them speaking out against Beck. Typical.

But you have to agree, hopefully, that a drib-and-drab sensationalized from Beck can also be incrementally ignored by the mainstream media.
I look at it this way. If you have irrefutable fantastic proof of an eggregious action by the administration, hit them with both barrels.

What people gotta remember here is that the main stream media has in effect prostituted themselves reportedly by giving the White House the ability to control it, shutting down stories non-favorable to the White House and putting out stories that the White House wants out. e.g. Benghazi was due to anger over some ludicrous movie, blame the movie producer.
Played smart, he would just play the given card for the statement or action of the admin without forewarning them. After Brietbart did it to great effect, that method is known.
It WAS good, but they now know it and it gives them time to cya and time to hang the leakers before anyone can save them.
By attacking Beck on personal grounds isn't that exactly what you are doing? Beck blew the whistle and forced out Anita Dunn and Van Jones.

It should never have been left to ONE media dude having to do Congress’s job anyway. Where are the conservatives? And I use that term loosely.
Lying under oath or simply not responding is par for the course in this administration. It's worked for them thus far.
That story that Benghazi was about some youtube was absurd and the administration even took out ads to apologize for it in Pakistan.
