Oh great just what this country needs is another hyphenated American group proving without a doubt they are not Americans.

If you are a hyphenated American you will always be a lessor American at best or working for our destruction at worse.

The fact that they even think they need such a caucus proves they have not comprehended what it means to be an American and may I suggest they take their silly culture and customs elsewhere.

(sigh)

Many decades ago, American was the melting pot of inclusion for all races and ethnicities. Today, thanks to our incompetent politicians and “political correctness”, we are becoming the country of exclusivity - Black whatever groups, gay whatever groups, Japanese whatever groups, 3-legged Andalusian goat whatever groups, Arab whatever groups; in fact, any special interest group EXCEPT whites.

And people wonder why America is splintering.

Go figure.

“Out of Many One” has been corrupted to mean “Out of Many, Many More.” The Stew has been turned into a Salad.

A bipartisan group of 28 influential lawmakers have establish the first Sikh-American Congressional Caucus in the House of Representatives,

Aren't members of a special interest caucus in Congress usually members of that special interest? How many of those 28 are actually Sikhs? And how many are joining to get (further) on the Congressional gravy train and get some more money for their staff to do caucus work?

I’d like to see the crime statistics.

Is racial violence against Sikhs more common than Black racial violence against whites?

I doubt it.

Here in Seattle, Sikhs dominate the taxi business.

My first thought...

Does working in a high crime risk occupation distort the violence and bullying statistics?

I’ve been to India! They are more than welcome to leave their culture behind and become non-hyphenated Americans.

Assimilate or leave. PLEASE we do not need more splinter groups.

” A bipartisan group of 28 influential lawmakers..”

The balkanization of America continues unabated.

Sikhs need to mount a good PR campaign. Drop any notion of political correctness and educate America about their history of fighting Islam and how to tell the difference between Sikhs and muslims.

Sikh’s are a tiny minority in the US, who keep to themselves, and are generally good people who we rarely hear anything about. Do we need an acrobat caucus too?

“Other members of the Caucus are Karen Bass, Gerry Connolly, John Conyers, Jim Costa, Jeff Denham, Raul Grijalva, Joe Heck, Rush Holt, Mike Honda, Hank Johnson, Doug LaMalfa, Zoe Lofgren, Tom McClintock, Jerry McNerney, Carolyn Maloney, Doris Matsui, George Miller, Devin Nunes, Frank Pallone, Bill Pascrell, Gary Peters, Jan Schakowsky, Jackie Speier and Chris Van Hollen. “

My congressmen fat walrus George Miller and Jerry McNerdy. Wow Jackie Speier, I thought she was Jewish. Tom McClintock - why?
