He’s well within his rights it appears but it’s not a common thing to be seen these days. If I didn’t know the kid I would pause at first glance...I don’t think many wouldn’t. Openly carrying often times attracts more attention that you want to have on yourself. Kid should probably go get his Concealed Carry and walk all over the place if he likes.
