The Lebanese army has increased its presence along the Lebanon-Israel border, the official Lebanese National News Agency reported on Friday.
According to the report, the IDF increased its presence along the border as well, and IAF aircraft were seen flying over Lebanese territory.
The news comes a day after an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) penetrated Israeli air space from Lebanon.
The UAV was shot down by Israel about eight kilometers off the coast of Haifa.
Hizbullah was fingered as being behind the incident, but the terror group denied sending any unmanned drone towards occupied Palestine.
Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon promised that Israel would retaliate for the UAV flight into Israeli airspace.

Well, I think what those women do when they are not in uniform should not matter in the least.
Oh, wait, Lebanese? Never mind....
Thanks Nachum. Sounds like the Hizzies aren’t present to cramp the style of Lebanon’s legitimate but keystone kops style army.
Are there any Christian Militias left?
The Lebanese army isn’t too good, but at least it’s largely nationalistic rather than sectarian, or as is the case with the Hizbollah, a proxy for a foreign state. During the decades of Syrian occupation, whatever wore the label of Lebanese army did Assad’s bidding, apart from mostly just getting out of the way when Sharon led the IDF right up to Beirut in order to eject Arafat.
