The FBI told federal lawmakers in classified briefings this week they were “stunned” when this judicial officer and lawyers from both sides showed up to read him his rights.

If these bombings had happened under a Republican administration, the Democrats and press would have been demanding the resignation of the both the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the FBI for incompetence the minute the news came out about Russian warning the US about the brother and the FBI having interviewed him. My understanding is when a criminal complaint is filed against a suspect, THEN THE LAW REQUIRES A JUDGE TO IMMEDIATELY MIRANDIZE the suspect.
