That takes a citizen or a group of citizens filling a lawsuit. If nobody files, then there is no claim they weren't....

Really? Today's citizenry? They probably have no idea their rights were violated they are so used to being told what to do.

Maybe we will learn more as time goes on and the lawsuits start flying, but emergency cerfews are not unconstitutional. Tell me how the searches were unreasonable - that is the Constitutional standard. As far as I could tell, they were contained, focused on the suspect, and nobody was arrested for anything the police may have seen in their houses during these searches?
