Three new suspects have been charged in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing, two for conspiring to get rid of their friend's incriminating backpack filled with gutted fireworks after learning he was a suspect in the April 15 terror attack, and another for lying to investigators, according to an FBI affidavit released Wednesday.
Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakova both 19-year-old natives of Kazakhstan and friends of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev at UMass-Dartmouth, allegedly went to Tsarnaev's dorm and took a laptop, the backpack and some Vaseline that may have been used in making the deadly pressure cooker bombs that killed three and injured more than 200 at the race. Police believe the bombs were packed with shrapnel and gunpowder removed from fireworks.
Robel Phillipos, of Cambridge, Mass., also 19, was charged with willfully making materially false statements to federal law enforcement officials during a terrorism investigation.
The affidavit filed in support of a complaint said Kadyrbayev was the one who carried out the disposal of the backpack after the three saw the fireworks that had been hollowed out and emptied of gunpowder.....

Can you imagine these 19/20 year olds never expecting for one minute they would be in the place they are....
Further...I suspect possible this will become a nation to nation issue because as John Bolton said tonight. Kaystan. has been working well with us...and those two come from wealthy families....might see some Saudi style dealings along the way.... so don’t be surprised.

The criminal complaint against the two from K-Stan states that (one or both) apparently traveled often to Cambridge to meet.. “repeatedly”... with “the Tsarnaev family”

Probably the vaseline was in the backpack so they took it too.
This is further proof that ultimately ALL moozlums love you “to death”.

The reason to dispose of the jar of vaseline is because the vaseline was a component in the making of the bombs.
Vaseline is flammable and nicely non-liquid, ie, you could put it into a container that has some small holes in it and it won’t all run out like a liquid would. All you need to do is mix in enough oxidizer, get an initiator into contact with the mixture and you’re good to go.
Some heavy-duty oxidizer like potassium perchlorate would probably make a reasonable low-yield explosive like what we saw in the films out of Boston.
Where do you find potassium perchlorate?
Some types of colored fireworks, that’s where. Jeez, doesn’t anyone here study science any more? This is high-school level chemistry, folks.
The fact that the friends scooped up the computer, the vaseline and the empty fireworks containers means that the friends had prior knowledge. I’ll wager that the DA will be charging at least one of the three stooges with conspiracy.
Re: the lockdown. The geography of that area is that the college campus near the base of Cape Cod is about 1 hour south of Boston. The lockdown encompassed Boston and its immediate suburbs. I’m pretty sure where the college campus was wasn’t under lockdown.

American students have to study for years to get good grades and pass their SAT tests, then they have to apply to various colleges hoping they will get selected. When American students have to jump through so many hoops before they can even arrange for funding, how is it that these guys can come from a faraway country, acquire a very generous scholarship and then skip out on classes? The buddies seemed more interested in partying than studying. Don’t universities care about scholarship anymore? Something fishy is going on here. Any ideas of what this could be?
