Meg Lanker-Simons must be punished for her false rape accusation by authorities (this case will most likely be pleabargained) & then she must be @least suspended for 2 years or even expelled from University of Wyoming Laramie. Since University of Wyoming Laramie is discussed here, this is the college where M.W. Shepard went to & some thoughts.
1st, I’m not a friend, relative nor lawyer of the 2 men who killed M.W. Shepard-only they & Shepard know why it happened & only M.W. Shepard knew what was on his mind but before that October 1998 day, Metthew Wayne Shepard a drug junky who mixed Ecstasy with antidepressants was regarded by many including friends as moody, obnoxious and selfish. But after 2 men killed him, then he got hero worship as Harvey B. Milk has gotten.
Among other things Metthew Wayne Shepard chose University of Wyoming out of all the colleges he could get into but then continuously insulted the college & Laramie. Metthew Wayne Shepard had the rude habit of cutting in line in front of others while shopping including in front of handicapped-excuses made by his mom Judy Peck Shepard are his depression, drugs & alcohol. Of course apologists for Shepard Foundation have people include Big Island Chronicle’s Tiffany C. Edwards Hunt who farts in front of her kids to entertain them.
I raise this, because it wouldn’t surprise me if this student Meg Lanker-Simon shares the same view M.W. Shepard did of Laramie & University of Wyoming. Choosing a college & then insulting Laramie & University of Wyoming. The University of Wyoming, Laramie must either suspend Meg Lankder-Simon for 2 years or even expel Meg Lanker-Simon because what she did insulted the University of Wyoming, Laramie. The University of Wyoming Laramie since 1998 has memorialized M.W. Shepard, but again, M.W. Shepard consistently insulted University of Wyoming & the city of Laramie & since he didn’t change his view before he was killed, don’t think the University of Wyoming, Laramie should memorialize a student who insulted their college & city before his death.
Finally When I spoke with Chad R. Baldwin former editor of Casper Star Tribune who now works for University of Wyoming Laramie on Oct. 1, 2012 about this, Chad R. Baldwin gave me the excuse that he doesn’t work for Casper Star Tribune anymore. For those who don’t know, Mr. Chad R. Baldwin in 2008 said that he would give an argument with any1 if they told him that the Shepard case didn’t deserve special attention. But again on Oct. 1, 2012 when I spoke with him on these things, Mr. Chad R. Baldwin gave the excuse that he doesn’t work for Tribune anymore, so he isn’t a man of his word. I wonder if Mr. Chad R. Baldwin who again works now for University of Wyoming, Laramie, sees something wrong with memorializing a student M.W. Shepard who again continously insulted University of Wyoming, Laramie & who didn’t change his view before he was killed by 2 men.
The trouble is, by the time I drank enough to be willing I’d no longer be able.

What Mr. Chad R. Baldwin said about having a safe campus is fine. Did Mr. Chad R. Baldwin comment on Meg Lanker-Simon’s lie-he possibly did but the media didn’t report this. As I have said, Meg Lanker-Simons must @least be suspended from Univ. of Wyoming for @least 2 years or expelled because she insulted University of Wyoming & Laramie with her lie.

Baldwin-the fact that University of Wyoming, Laramie must acknowledge fact that Methew Wayne Shepard continually insulted University of Wyoming, Laramie after choosing this college out of all the colleges he could get into & that his view didn’t change before his Oct. 1998 killing. Wouldn’t surprise me if Meg Lanker-Simons has the same thinking as Meg Lanker-Simons insulted this college with her false rape accusation. That’s what Mr. Chad R. Baldwin needs to comment on-students who have insulted University of Wyoming, Laramie such as Meg Lanker-Simons did & what Methew Wayne Shepard did in 1998.
