Some info for folks who don't enjoy the pleasure of being from this beautiful state: May 1 was the "crossover deadline." Any legislation that had not been passed by the House on that date will not be passed on to the Senate as there will not be enough time for the Senate to consider it. This significant bill just squeaked through.
