I don’t believe anything the feds say, about anything, anymore. They are all corrupt at the top, and then mostly corrupt going down to the bottom.
While in English some can make the claim that "Jesus" can sound like "Jihad," in Spanish “Jesus” could never have sounded like “Jihad” as heard by the cop who subdued him.
Even if the guy was a babbling nut rather than a Jihadi with concrete terrorist intentions, it definitely "sounds like" the FBI is again fabricating/concealing evidence after the fact to cover up for Islam.
