Firing blanks at people is a great way to seriously wound somebody for no reason, or get shot themselves.
They should nickname this stunt “The Soetoro Protocol” since it could only have been conceived by a reckless idiot trying to sabotage the 2nd Amendment.
Could be fatal at that range. I somehow doubt the veracity of this story. If this really happened, these deputies are exquisitely reckless.
