Beware the rage of the faggies, Reverend. These are not nice people, there’s really nothing “gay” about them.

"Prayer is the movement of our heart towards God and the main thing is we need to pray because you could pray in any position, anytime, anywhere … it does not matter where you pray, the main thing is just pray."

Yep. And have, even if it's only the size of a mustard seed, your faith to back it up.

The thing we all need to remember is that the farthest fallen need the most love and patience - they don’t know how they got there, but they need us to help them out.

We Christians are all sinners and understand our lifelong battle with sin, and with that battle comes deliverance.

Love the sinner and be bold in Christ’s name.

"Pastor Laurie's message is out of step with what the majority of people of faith across this country believe," said Dr. Sharon Groves, director of HRC's Religion & Faith Program.

About as "majority" as that 90% figure Obysmal keeps referencing in relation to gun control. God or equality sodomy? I pick God.

Dr. Sharon Groves, director of HRC’s Religion & Faith Program apparently has never read the Bible. God says to love the sinner, but hate the sin. Homosexuality is sin, plain and simple.

God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

"In the immortal words of the great theologian Tom Petty, 'I won't back down,' I won't. I'm not going to apologize."

Or as another, much greater, theologian put it - "Here I stand. I can do no other. May God have mercy on me."

The good Reverend will fold like a wet towel when the Feds threaten to yank his church’s tax exemption. I respect his speaking out about his convictions however.

"In greater numbers than ever before, people of faith are feeling compelled to speak up and organize for equality – because of their faith."

That's pretty much exactly what the people of the time told Jeremiah and Isaiah. As for me, "Let God be true and every man a liar."

Excellent! I guarantee that real people of faith do not support homosexuality. Not agreeing with homosexual behavior is not bigotry or hatred it is simply commonsense. The whole idea of homosexual normalcy is counterintuitive progressive bs.

Poppycock. Where do they dream up these ridiculous stats?

Pray on, Pastor Laurie.

Every time I hear that a church has to “get with the times” I think “Who changed? Man or God?”

God will bless those who preach God’s unvarnished Word, regardless of who it offends. There are tactful ways and untactful ways but it should always be with truth not sacrificed for the sake of modern mores.

Woe to those who pervert the Word of God to claim to say what it does not, to ignore the truth that it says and re-cast God in their own image. Their reward is coming when our Lord says “Depart from me for I do not know you.”

Throughout the history of mankind, those folks have been called ‘queer’ for a reason! In American Business, the very term ‘don’t queer the deal’, should be as understood, as the old test pilot idiom, “Somebody screwed the pooch.”

I will lose no sleep, nor have any heartache, nor lose my taste for food, for standing and stating that the queer life, is abhorrent, disgusting, and should be shunned, ostracized, not funded, not supported, not hired, not housed, whatever terms you wish to use!

Real Heroes Don’t Get Shout Outs at Presidential Press Conferences

By Michelle Zook

When Barack Obama returned to the podium to say one more thing at his press conference on Tuesday, it could have been about anything. Of course, a reporter had asked him about Jason Collins, but the president could have said any number of things.

He could have said,

You will learn that every Calvary Chapel Minister is the same as Greg. They will not back down, they will not fail to promote the truth, they will not cave into the will of this world.

We are after all, everyone one of us a true Hebrew in heart. We are but sojourners passing through on our way home to the room our lord has prepared for us.
