Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor said Thursday the investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings shows how difficult and sensitive the issue of racial profiling can be.
Speaking with young students in Denver, Sotomayor noted that some people asked whether authorities had done enough to track the two suspects, both ethnic Chechens.
“Is that profiling? Could be,” she said. “Is it something you just can't ignore? Maybe sometimes not.” …

We were correct that the bombers would be Muslims.

Consider the “gay” issue where anyone opposed to anything gay is immediately called a “homophobe”, or “bigot” and so on - and public opinion on the issue has changed so much that gay marriage now seems inevitable.. In this way, the left has blood on their hands. I remember when they came to the defense of muslims at large on 9/11, the ruins were still smouldering. Disgusting.

Rubio ‘hired’ Conda before he was elected to the senate. Do you think a power player like Conda goes to work for a lowly state representative, or did Rubio go to work for him? Be sure of this...where Conda is, there is Norquist. I’ve been tracking their side by side dealing for 8 years...also on board nearly always with them is Karl Rove.

A third tier mediocrity chosen because of her race and her enthusiasm for murdering unborn children. A national embarrassment. In fact, we need MORE not less profiling.The two Boston terrorists were young foreign Muslims. Two of their after the fact accessories were also young foreign Muslims. The third after the fact accomplice was young, foreign and probably Muslim as well, although the media will not tell us: he’s from Ethiopia where the population is about 50 percent Muslim, 50 percent Christian. The media misleadingly refers to this guy as “an American citizen” without noting that he is in fact naturalized, the new breed of immigrant who comes for the free stuff but despises our country and its way of life. A sensible profiling policy that kept young foreign Muslims out of country would have prevented the two World Trade attacks and the Boston attack. By keeping Major Hassan’s father in his Egyptian hole, it would have saved the fine young people at Fort Hood as well.
