Since Obama is the main person who needs to be brought to justice, it is unlikely that anyone will be brought to justice. Due to his total lack of concern or surprise immediately after the attack, I believe Zippy is completely responsible for the lead up and attack itself. He sure didn't respond that way when the Senate booted his gun control pipe dream.
