Real Terrorism is a government policy of random raids and disappearances mixed with hits on perceived “enemies of the State” designed to keep the population off guard and cowed. The ever escalating number of SWAT raids on “wrong addresses” and for unpaid bills and the like appear to be that sort of thing in utero.

The article pretty clearly says they were after his son, not him. The son lived at the house. Better wait for the full story before firing up the conspiracy theories.

Man, he is whiny. And his son, who lives with him, was pretending to be a cop which is why the house was raided.

The only information from the media that I was able to obtain about this incident was a story published in the Winston-Salem Journal on May 2′d:

A Forsyth County bondsman was arrested Wednesday on a charge of impersonating a state insurance officer, authorities said Thursday.

Christopher David Manning, 24, of 160 Longbridge Drive in Kernersville, was charged with impersonating a law-enforcement officer, a misdemeanor, the N.C. Department of Insurance said in a statement.

Investigators with the Insurance Department accused Manning, a licensed bail bondsman, of attempting to enter the Forsyth County Hall of Justice on April 18 and conduct business while impersonating an insurance officer, the Insurance Department said. Authorities arrested Manning in Greensboro on Wednesday, the Insurance Department stated. Manning was released from custody on a written promise to appear court.

For the record, Christopher Manning is Tim Manning’s son and lives at his father’s residence in Kernersville, NC. I was able to contact Tim Manning and get a few questions answered:

Sheriff’s official response:

“I’m not allowed to give out any information about that”.

“THAT” means there is a specific incident she is prohibited from commenting on.

THAT means it happened.

I am in pain and moderate shock from what just happened

So hire a lawyer and sue in Federal Court for $5-$10 million for violating your civil rights. If you are right, you will no doubt collect at least something. What the hell, that's what everybody else does, why not you?

They busted-in my front door of this $300,000+ home and busted-in a set of rear French doors. Then they set a diversionary explosive grenade in....

Is that all necessary in order to serve a warrant to arrest someone for impersonating an LEO???

This guy has some things to explain or others are lying about him. Thus the reason he’s probably become an interest of law enforcement.

http://www.journalnow.com/news/local/article_08dd632c-b44c-11e2-8ff8-0019bb30f31a.html

n a telephone interview, Manning said he showed a security guard his ID at the courthouse entrance. The card identified Manning as a bail bondsman licensed by the N.C. Department of Insurance.

“It said nothing about being a law-enforcement officer, a deputy or a police officer,” Manning said. “A guard then said, ‘You can’t bring your handcuffs in the courthouse.’”

Manning told the guard that federal and state case law give him the legal authority to carry handcuffs into the courthouse. “The guard said, ‘I still don’t care,’” Manning said.

Manning then asked to speak to the guard’s supervisor, but left the building before speaking to any other security personnel, he said. Manning soon returned, but another guard denied him entry into the courthouse.

Manning said he videotaped both encounters with the guards who, when they realized Manning was recording their actions, “pushed him out of the door.” Several deputies had surrounded him inside the courthouse, Manning said.

“I wasn’t a threat to them,” Manning said.

Manning said he likely irritated the guards by his persistence to enter the courthouse.

“I was a thorn in his (the guard’s) side,” Manning said. “I stood my ground. It’s nonsense.”

According to the search warrant, Manning and another man on April 13 approached three boys who were playing with air guns in the woods behind their house. During the encounter, one of the boys said that Manning pointed a 9 mm handgun at him, an allegation that Manning denies.

“I would never point a weapon at anybody unless I felt my life was in danger,” Manning said, adding that the boys were playing on land belonging to Manning’s family.

During his encounter with the boys, Manning implied that he was a law-enforcement officer and asked for the boys’ addresses, phone numbers and full names, the search warrant said. Manning told the father of one of the boys that he was conducting fugitive training in the woods in the Abington community near Kernersville.

Manning was later charged with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun at the boy, an arrest warrant says.

*********

On April 20, Manning told a staff member in the Family Services office in the courthouse that he was an undercover agent as he was trying to file a domestic-violence protective order against a female Forsyth deputy, according to the warrant. The Family Services employee believed Manning was a law-enforcement officer.

Manning said he believes the allegations against him are the result of a misunderstanding between him and the investigators involved with the charges against him. He is scheduled to appear in Forsyth District Court on May 17 on the assault charge and May 29 on the charge of impersonating a law-enforcement officer.

Anyone still not understand that we are in the process of a communists police Country. Our freedom is no longer a guarantee and the police do not care what they do since even if we sue for damages it comes from our tax money. Vicious cycle and we are trapped and the noose is getting smaller. No longer free.

From the comments:

Senator Nancy Shaefer and her husband Bruce were both shot dead and it did not make main stream news. This is persecution of a Christian family, nothing new as I myself was deemed quirky, eccentric, extreme, and offensive in a San Diego Family court due to my religion being Presbyterian and my husbands being Catholic so we were were refused custody of our granddaughter we had raised for seven years and put at the top of her class. Nancy Shaefer was fighting and exposing family court and CPS crimes and she mentioned religious hate crimes as one reason for taking children from families in family courts. There is war between the state and the church.

Things are getting bad everywhere.

One thing we know for sure....this was over a MISDEMEANOR offense..that is a lot of force for a non felony. Very troubling

And...wow...we have some real pro-government goofballs posting on this thread. We know now who will be marching happily to the re-education camps

My daughter lives close by and is heavily involved in a large church in that area. I have emailed her a link to the article, requesting any information she or the pastoral staff of her church may know about it. Will try to report back if there is anything not being stated that should be...

If this is true, along with the video taken of the police going door-to-door in Boston terrorizing civilians in their search for the bombers, I can honestly say I am deeply disturbed...

'nuff said...
