What was the new SIG 9.5” short barrel rifle with a 6.5” flash suppressor they were talking about?

I can’t find it on their website.

Their pizza is good. However, the very best thing they offer is their chicken. The chicken is better than any restaurant that I can remember.

Both lunch and dinner are buffet so you pay your money and pig out to your heart's content.

Both are $500-600 overpriced for what you get. I shot one of the prototypes at the FFLs in Pitt, before I moved, and both my $1200-1400 Kimbers put them to shame. But then, I’ve done some “extra work” on them both.

The SW1911s are cosmetically flashy, but are just marginal out of the box; takes a long while to sight-in and get used to trigger pull and recoil. The long beavertail is awkward concealed. Standard mag isn’t any good; Wilson Combat Officer 8-rnd mags are the only ones to have and use.

At $900-950, they’d be a far better value for SW1911s.

S&W is trying to climb the ladder into Kimber and Wilson Combat territory. Time will tell.

We got a new wood fired oven Pizza joint this month.
A little pricey but pretty dang good.

I can out shoot my friends Kimber Pro Carry II with my RIA commander.

The Kimber is sweet, but it actually has more recoil because it is lighter.

What is really of note is that the 1911 is just such a good design.
102 years later we still love them.

Are you talking about the MPX?

http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2013/01/foghorn/new-from-sig-sauer-mpx-submachine-gun-carbine/

It's a sub gun in 9mm with a 6.5” barrel and 9.5” permanently attached muzzle break.

I think I heard they debuted it at the SHOT Show.

It is pretty nice.
Service is very fast, ingredients are really nice.

They have bible quotes over the arches of the doors, they have nice outdoor patio areas.

I hate to See Miss Lillian and East Rock Chinese go, but this place is nice

35-45%, but in a home defense situation at night, it’ll blind you temporarily. Only for outdoor, daylight use. I shot a ported G32/.357sig before I bought mine after 9-11-01, and after turning-off the indoor range lights, I couldn’t see for 15-20secs. Also makes it MUCH louder inside in break-in defense. And you don’t want to fire from hip; you’ll get flash-burned badly. 3 point weaver stance, only, arm extended.

Rent and shoot one first, before you get yours done.

One of my favorite rifles to shoot, when I went through the foreign materials intelligence school at Aberdeen MD was the SVD and the FPK variant in 7.62x54R.....

Couldn’t miss a steel plate at 800 meters with iron sights. Crazy accurate and great sights. Since built two for myself. Sod poodles and coyotes fear me....:o)

Good work !

There is some weird Safety lock penning of the nut going on that will require a cut off wheel to remove.

Have Foredom, will remove.
