For a long time conservatives have warned that the heavy propaganda and regulatory hands of the Obama administration were not going to change the exercise or eating habits of 315 million Americans...
Now comes early statistical proof that after reelecting Obama with fewer votes the second time and 1,567 days of his reign of government intervention and stimulation, many Americans are deciding that maybe the Obamas' plans for their lives do not fit their plans for their own lives.

I look at it like this: I am not getting my hair cut by someone whose hair looks like crap. Therefore, I will not be taking diet or exercise advice from some big mouthed, big butted ilk.
Especially one who publicly gorges itself while chastising my diet choices and sending cowards into schools to confiscate school children’s lunches.
I run 2 miles a day and I try to eat a balanced diet and it has absolutely nothing to do with the Obamas.

Teach people to not work and take a handout, and then expect them to exercise. How can that work??
I walk 5k at lunchtime, weather permitting. Listening to Rush.

A smarter play for them would have been to have some older White Middle American athlete handle exercise, a younger female athlete of color (or some television doctor) take on nutrition, and shuffle Michelle off to some non-controversial, non-coercive beautification project. I don’t know why she agreed to making fitness and fatness her issue. It doesn’t seem like she gave it much thought, whether she came up with the idea herself or not.
I remember when JFK was Prez The hike was a big deal, pps were doin 25 mile hikes on the weekends.
