U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry was looking to strengthen ties with Russia as he tries to put an end to the dictatorial regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, but instead he was met with the coldest of receptions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin kept Kerry waiting three hours before their meeting at the Kremlin on Tuesday and continuously fiddled with his pen as the top American diplomat spoke about the ongoing crisis in Syria.

I would that were so, but the fact is, if you are a US citizen, he is.
I don't like him and did everything I could to make sure this administration was changed out in 2012, but alas it was not to be. I'm not proud Kerry is my SoS, but he is, and no matter how vehemently you deny it, Putin's contempt for Kerry is a collective show of contempt for the US.
What truly sucks is that even in spite of this scorn, Kerry would still rather hang out with Putin and other eurotrash than he would most Americans from flyover country.

Any SecState worth a crap would recognize after this incident that, perchance, he isn’t a good fit for the job and therefore can’t properly represent the country as it deserves to be represented. Since it’s certainly too late for him to grow a set of balls, he should resign and go home in disgrace, but he’s just as stupid now as he was in his younger years and wouldn’t recognize Honor if it bitch-slapped him every morning.
