This, coming so soon after NK basically killed the shared work city about a month or two ago?

""I call on America and the global community to join us in seeking the promise of a new day," Park said." In other words: "America, cough up the money to pay for the damn thing so I can go down in history as a peace maker".
Madam Park, you pay for it, build it and police it yourself.
Leave America out of your costly, stupid peace plans that are doomed to fail.

You can bet that, if the “peace park” *were* built in the DMZ, Pyongyang would have at least five artillery batteries permanently trained on it within the week.
Real peace won’t come to the Korean peninsula while anyone in the current regime still draws a breath.
