Assad: Syria Will 'Give Hizbullah Everything'

Syria will "give Hizbullah everything" in recognition of its support and will follow the terrorist group's model of "resistance" against Israel, a Lebanese newspaper on Thursday quoted President Bashar al-Assad as saying.

Assad was quoted as saying Syria could "easily" respond to Israeli air strikes by "firing a few rockets at Israel."

I was there on April 9, Friday. There was a group of French Christians at the same time, singing hymns. Probably, the last Christians left in France. We spent there a few hours in the afternoon, but had to leave a little early because it was Friday and they close an hour earlier than usual because of the Sabbath.

Interesting topic and I have thought similar thoughts as you. We do know from scripture that the Holy Spirit is mentioned in context of certain tasks / functions that it fulfills. Also Jesus many times distinguishes the Son from the Father. So Father, Son and Holy Spirit are separate persons and apparently have distinct roles. However the details of how the trinity works is beyond any of us. All we have is the scripture.I agree. Scripture gives us much to ponder and be in awe of. Even with the personal relationship He established by walking among us, we will not comprehend everything until He brings us home - and even then some may remain beyond us. God Bless.
