2nd Amendment The right to keep and bear arms
3rd Amendment Quartering of soldiers in private houses
4th Amendment Search and seizures, to be secure in persons, houses, papers etc

Actually, I downloaded the files last week via bit torrents with no problem. I went and looked today and the torrent engines were virtually scrubbed clean of the files.
