The Ohio attorney general said on Friday that DNA tests showed Cleveland kidnapping and rape suspect Ariel Castro is the father of the six-year-old born while he allegedly held the girl's mother and two other women captive for nearly a decade.

Attorney General Mike DeWine said in a statement that "forensic scientists worked throughout the night to confirm that Castro is the father of the six-year-old girl born in captivity to one of the kidnapping victims."

His father emigrated from Puerto Rico in 1954.

He’s Puerto Rican, that makes him a U.S. citizen.

Well, it was not beyond the bounds of possibility that AC invited friends over for fun and games with the girls.

It could have been one of the warped brothers too, so it’s nice to have that confirmation. I feel bad for the little girl though - she’s going to grow up knowing that her father was pure evil. I hope there will at least be a grave for her to visit. Soon.

As a Puerto Rican, his father was also an American citizen. And presumably his mom.

Which means he was born in America to two citizens, making him natural born by the strictest criteria. But I don’t think he’ll be elected President.

Not to throw gas on a fire, but what’s the difference between what this guy did to these girls and what the Muslim religion preaches about how men should treat women?
Why all the condemnation for this guy and yet silence from the left every time a Muslim cuts his daughter’s throat after he catches her talking to a boy who isn’t a relative?

*shrug* He’s at least as qualified as Ted Kennedy, and more so than the current occupier.

He also impregnated one of the girls multiple times, then forced her to miscarry by beating her in the stomach.

The prosecutor may ask for the death penalty over that.

Or she may not. *sigh*

And even more of a challenge in this case will be to show that the actions actually caused the deaths years after the fact. Is there even an independent basis for proving that the child wasn’t legitimately and consensually conceived ? He has to be presumed innocent at this point.

This whole thing really creeps me out like a bad “B” movie. I wish we could just stick with Benghazi Barry. Whoops! I forgot, the state-controlled toads in the state-controlled “media” aren’t interested in Benghazi.

“Capital punishment must be reserved for those crimes that are truly the worst examples of human conduct,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty said today, indicating that Castro will likely face additional charges of aggravated murder related to the pregnancies.

The death penalty is applicable under Ohio law for the “most depraved criminals who commit aggravated murder during the course of a kidnapping,” McGinty said.

Castro allegedly induced abortions in one of his victims, Michele Knight, 32, on at least five separate occasions by punching her in the stomach.

They worked through the night? Grissom’s lab could have knocked this out by the first commercial break.

What jury is going to believe the “consensual sex” defense from a man who kidnapped underage girls, chained them to a wall and had sex with them?

What judge would even allow this guy to try and pin the pregnancies on the girls?

Yep. With a pro-choice prosecutor, this may not rise to a worst example of human conduct, nor may it be regarded as a depraved act.

Even then, there's the judgement call of if it's better to get an easier conviction on a life imprisonment charge or not convince a jury on a capital punishment charge.

Get back to me if Gosnell is convicted...

It’s interesting to see if the Liberals will call his crude abortion technique “murder?”

If anyone doubts that Satan walks the earth, he need only to look at this Castro guy and Doctor Gosnell.
