That is correct. Obama needs the present IRS to convert the USA into a Nationalist Socialist state. We can save the Republic by shutting down the IRS, and by setting up a new tax law and a new institution to enforce it.
This should be Congress’s highest priority.
Republicans , with control of just one house in the Legislative, are faced with threee options here,
1. Shut down the FedGov by refusing to go allow the House to vote on, and refuse to go to committee for, continuing budget resolutions,
2. Shut down the IRS, ObamaCare bureaucracy, and the Labor Department, reform them as stripped down flat-tax agencies without law enforcement powers,
3. Roll over and publicly declare the Republic is dead, then go crawling on their knees for Democrat totalitarians to allow them all to resign to elitist pensioners’ retirement, or immediately flee the country.
Systematic breakdown is not reproachable, reformable, or open to restitution based compensation.
Systematic breakdown results in massive dislocation of civilian populations, ... with the wealthy being the firs tto flee the borders of the taxing authorities.
How many wealthy Americans will now claim refugee status when they flee the US for tax avoidance reasons?
