Yes with a 50 Cal. No, way too quick. Snipped to death with scissors.

When are they going to read the verdict?
I'm wondering the same thing. I can't seem to find the answer to that question.

I've got money that says he walks. If he does, I wonder if someone would administer a private form of justice.

The jury of seven women and five men weighed more than 250 charges against the Gosnell with the most serious being four counts of first-degree murder. And if some procedural error real or imaginary is found, appealed and the appellate court finds in the doctor's favor, do all 250 counts vanish?

If Gosnell is found innocent, then post-birth infanticide is legitimate.
Does the kid get hours, days, weeks or years before it’s too late to kill her?

I turned on FOX and they said they are readng it now but the courtroom is locked down. You know; I cannot understand why "locked down" courtrooms are allowed for criminal charges:
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
The verdict
is part of the trial and should therefore be public... though I suppose that if it's at the state-level there is argument that the 6th Amendment is not binding on those courts.

If NOT convicted of first-degree murder, Gosnell will receive the Planned Parenthood Provider of the Decade Award.Even if he is convicted what makes you think he won't recieve that award.

If Gosnell is found innocent, then post-birth infanticide is legitimate. Bingo. Just another form of "birth control." The movement for post-partum abortion already has legs in Europe. You can bet that the progs here are wistful for it.

Google maps identifies this place as 3801 Lancaster, in Philadelphia. This is where the murders of precious innocent children took place.

Hate to say it, but it entirely depends on the racial, not gender, makeup of the jury.

I cannot understand why "locked down" courtrooms are allowed for criminal chargesIn this case, the lockdown is to minimize disruption and maintain decorum in the courtroom by preventing reporters from jumping up and down, running in and out and clacking on their Crackberries while the lengthy list of verdicts are announced.
A direct courtroom video feed would have been nice. However, cameras in the courtroom have a nasty habit of turning members of the bar into Judge Ito and Johnny Cochran wannabes.
