Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) told Breitbart News he thinks Attorney General Eric Holder needs a refresher course on the U.S. Constitution in the wake of reports that the Department of Justice secretly obtained two months of the Associated Press's phone records.
Gosar expressed concerns that President Barack Obama’s “enemies list” continues to grow, especially in light of revelations that the IRS targeted conservative and Tea Party organizations.
“On one hand, I am encouraged to hear that the Attorney General obtained warrants first. Score one for the Fourth Amendment,” Gosar said in an email. “But I remain concerned about the First Amendment and the targeting of journalists. Whether the Administration is targeting conservatives, patriots, Tea Party groups, Jewish groups or now journalists, the enemies list seems to grow as does the potential abuse of power.”
Gosar added though that he thinks Holder needs to re-read the U.S. Constitution, and offered to provide a copy for President Obama’s top law enforcement official if he does not have one available.

Suggesting that Holder re-read the Constitution presupposes that he has read it at least once already. I am dubious.
I think they’ve all read it. That’s why they trash it and don’t want our kids today to understand it.

I sincerely hope the GOP has more to say to Holder than this.
They can read it over and over but it’s in their way so they’re going to do what they want until somebody stops them. Until now, that has not happened much.
Did the judge that signed the warrants, just rubber stamp it, or did he demand evidence that all 20 AP reports may have been involved in the leak used to justify this.
Judge might need to be impeached.
"You have the right to remain silent" would be a good start.
It’s just a common-sense limit on the First Amendment that all Americans can support.
You have to read it first before you can re-read it.
Republican politicians crack me up with their naivete. Holder doesn’t violate the Constitution because he’s unaware of the Constitution’s terms. Holder knows the Constitution, but breaks it anyway. To Holder and Obama, the Constitution is a meaningless piece of paper that’s in the way of their plans to transform America.
Would reading it land him on the IRS hit list?
What Holder needs is a stretch in Leavenworth prison.
He needs to be reading it from a cell in Leavenworth along weith his bastard boss.
Eric Holder knows what the Constitution says — nobody holds him TO it.
If Holder reread the Constitution then he’d be investigated by the IRS.
