NOW that they find out the 0 administration was spying on THEM and not only the American people they finally get pissed off enough to want to do something about The One. I think we are starting to get an idea of how 0 twisted everyone to do hs bidding including SCOTUS traitor Roberts. The man MsT be impeached now.

Echelon on steroids.
Think scooping up ALL traffic, and just storing it. Email, phone, data transfer, what have you.

This is getting to be fun! I’ve dreamed .. DREAMED .. of a perfect storm coming together to take this incompetent assclown out of office. I was hoping the election would do it, but no. I’m going to be popping a lot of popcorn in the next few days. Now, if only the Republicans will grow a spine and take out the garbage!

The House needs to demand Holder’s resignation or CUT ALL DOJ FUNDING. This is that serious. Oh, and impeach the Muslim too.
To: excopconservative
"The purpose of the investigation stated was that it was to identify who was passing confidential information. Without knowing the content of the calls, how would DOJ be able to put together a case against anyone?" WitHolder said today only a handful of senior level pols knew about the information leaked. That's partly why he recused himself.

This makes one wonder....Boehner pretty much spitting in the face of conservatives on every issue, Romney running such a non-forceful campaign, Petreus’ convenient scandal, Justice Robert’s crazy vote supporting Obamacare.....

If they or a friendly foreign government does in fact massively. record phone conversations howeve, there is the possibility of going in to get recording level calls, once they have been identified, after the fact.
To: Sir Napsalot
a written tally of who called whom and how long the calls lasted...
That's called traffic analysis. It was a mainstay of World War II allied intelligence, even when the specific encryption used couldn't be broken. A lot can be inferred just by knowing who's in communication with who.

Interesting thought process. So, you are saying that the Executive Branch can secretly obtain phone records of the Legislative Branch?
If I were Speaker of the House, I would be retaining the best Constitutional lawyers in the country and kick some Executive Branch A$$. This is beyond the pale. This is a Declaration of War on the Legislative Branch.
