Breitbart News has obtained an exclusive video of Attorney General Eric Holder flatly rejecting the idea of appointing a special counsel to investigate Benghazi.
Filmed on May 15 and provided to Breitbart News by Special Operations Speaks, the video shows Holder emerge from his car and walk towards the Rayburn House Office Building for hearings on the IRS scandal. Holder is clearly asked, "Mr. Holder, will you appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Benghazi?"
In equally clear tones, Holder answers, "No," and disappears into the building.

If he doesn’t want to do his job, he needs to resign and give it to somebody who does. I’m sick of all of the corruption going on during his “watch”. He’s a disgrace to every Attorney General this country has ever had.

Congress doesn’t need the approval of the Attorney General to get a Special Counsel to Investigate the Crime of the Obama Administration.
They can appoint one.Just like they did for the Nixon Tapes.

They could be looking at a year of evidence gathering and then a rude awakening after the mid-terms.
But DoJ sill responsible for investigating IRS targeting special groups.
Holder’s job has always been to block for Obama. The real question is “Who is the coach for the Obama team?” And it isn’t Obama.
Obama needs to rein his boy in.
I thought Nixon finally relented and approved a Special Counsel. (Before he fired, then hired, then fired his AG’s!!) I was but a wee youngin’ then, so I could be remembering wrong.

To me it was a dumb question to ask.
Whoever asked it knew the answer before it was asked.
Holder is not going to investigate his butt buddy Obama nor Hillary concussion Clinton.
So what were they covering up in Benghazi? Had to be more than just covering up complete and total incompetence on the part of the Secretary of State. It just makes no sense to take away security in a wholly inadequate location/building unless you meant for it to be attacked.
