CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - FOX19 has exclusively learned that as many as four people may be the first Cincinnati Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees to face disciplinary action, and possibly even criminal charges, for allegedly targeting Tea Party and Liberty groups applying for non-profit status.
On Wednesday, the IRS announced that it has pin-pointed two employees at the agency's Cincinnati office for being 'primarily' responsible. (Snip) One of FOX19's two sources went on say that these four IRS workers claim "they simply did what their bosses ordered". Keep in mind, as FOX19 reported on Tuesday, the report by the Office of Inspector General states that senior IRS officials knew agents were targeting Tea Party groups as early as 2011.
In fact, according to that report, Lois Lerner who heads the IRS division that oversees tax exempt organizations, was told on June 29, 2011 that groups with 'Tea Party', 'Patriot' or '9/12 Project' in their names were being flagged for additional, and often burdensome, scrutiny.
We need Names, Faces, and Perp walks!
The MSM is still covering for Obama. They still want their Formal WH invites.
Yep, bring on the criminal charges so they can indicate whoever told them to do it, and on up until we get to the top.
I see a no-show job at Fannie Mae in their future or maybe a no-show gig like Moochelle had at a hospital.
they might get disappeared like the Benghazi survivors.
Justice bugged the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. That means all the dirty laundry of the left is on computers somewhere. The left will go nuts.

They are trying to make it seem as though there are rogue persons in the IRS that have taken it upon themselevs to setup plans to target groups and individuals. This is coming from the whitehouse the president and his administration PERIOD!
I like the lady who called Rush yesterday. She pointed out that 0bunghole doesn’t HAVE to give orders — his fellow travellers just KNOW what to do.
She used the example of Joe the Plumber: He asked a question that unmasked zer0’s socialism and, with out needing any orders, an Ohio state employee leaked Joe’s confidential tax records.
These people KNOW what their master wants...

rice is being appointed as head national security adviser... a cabinet level position requiring no congressional approval.

From the “conservative target’s” original written correspondence, through the bureaucratic maze and up to higher management.
Anyone, from the gestapo lowest clerk who processed the paperwork up to the highest ranking IRS manager who even had anything to do with it should go to jail.
Unless this IRS thing is treated as absolute tyranny and abuse of power, nothing will happen.
A good prosecutor would follow things up the chain to the bigger fish. With the Obama regime, they'll foul up things to derail the investigation; or go "full Chicago" and these four IRS agents will die "under mysterious circumstances". If I was one of these four agents, I'd start singing, loudly, to protect my life and family.
It seems to me that a way to turn up the heat on this thing would be for all of the people coming out and telling how they (or their group) was targeted should just start naming names.
I’ve seen dozens of “victims”. Each of them should name the person who asked for their donor lists, or who spoke at their meetings. They have names of who they dealt with at the IRS...NAME THEM!..turn up the heat! Have news vans in their front yards.
If we wait on congress, nothing meaningful will happen.
You are correct.
To start, Franklin Graham should produce the letters and lay them on the table for all to see.
There were several testifying yesterday on Cavuto. No names were mentioned however. Once it starts it will take weeks and weeks to take the depositions.
I hope they don’texpect us to believe that 4 rogue workers had such an impact on the workload of the grossly overstaffed IRS. There are a lot more than 4.
If they think they have ALREADY been disciplined then they are going to clam up... before they get somemore
The GOP needs to make sure NO ONE is in the clear until after the investigations...
The higher-ups in management should be ordered NOT TO discuss discipline with any ‘low level’ staffers in the meantime.
Otherwise it will go like this “Hi, Bob, I know I ordered you to target Patriots but you shouldn’t have dont it and that was very naughty. Now go tell people you’ve been ‘disciplined’ and shut up- because if I go down we all lose our jobs- or worse, jail”
That is the mantra that WE need to stress.
The ‘low-level employees’ are going to be tossed under the bus UNLESS they become whistle-blowers.
