CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - FOX19 has exclusively learned that as many as four people may be the first Cincinnati Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees to face disciplinary action, and possibly even criminal charges, for allegedly targeting Tea Party and Liberty groups applying for non-profit status.
On Wednesday, the IRS announced that it has pin-pointed two employees at the agency's Cincinnati office for being 'primarily' responsible. (Snip) One of FOX19's two sources went on say that these four IRS workers claim "they simply did what their bosses ordered". Keep in mind, as FOX19 reported on Tuesday, the report by the Office of Inspector General states that senior IRS officials knew agents were targeting Tea Party groups as early as 2011.
In fact, according to that report, Lois Lerner who heads the IRS division that oversees tax exempt organizations, was told on June 29, 2011 that groups with 'Tea Party', 'Patriot' or '9/12 Project' in their names were being flagged for additional, and often burdensome, scrutiny.
If convicted, these voluntary fall guys/gals will get a small fine which will be paid by someone else, free lawyers, sudden large increases in their wealth, & higher paying jobs within the Rat party or other liberal group.
I'll bet IRS employees were/are lining up to take the fall. “Gee, if I do this a few times, I could be National Security Advisor one day”.
It's the pond scum method of rising to the top.
They can get her if they want her... Nixon lost all of those argumnents and set precedent.

It takes the media coupled with a sympathetic judicial system. Obama has had time to markedly influence the judicial system through appointments. The fact that many of the Bush installed judges have turncoated doesn’t help either.
I know you don’t mind if some of us keep fighting. Our Founders fought against impossible odds and won our independence and Liberty and I will do no less.

Understood. I’m just a little more pragmatic with respect to the array of infested forces we have to deal with.
Enemies today are not so clear cut as those rigid red-coated solders of yesteryear.
These four saps will never live to testify.
We haven’t seen any pictures of the “identified” culprits, have we?
The Rino Repubs were probably OK with the IRS actions, since it kept the Rinos in power.
I agree... I just assume they are all my enemies until proven otherwise... worked for outing ryan and rubio!

I assume the FBI is now a rainbow organization. They'll be advised of their rights in triplicate. If that doesn't work, there's always the ricin umbrella or the prison shiv or whatever got Breitbart.
