New video footage of the interviews with the jurors in the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell shows one juror talking about how difficult it was to view pictures of the babies Gosnell killed.
Jury Foreman David Misko says: “It was definitely hard to see the photos. There was cases where the photos of the babies were blown up and they were right in front of your face and you had to stare–it was definitely hard seeing that.”

Obama & Gosnell....two birds of a feather......both murderers of late term and born alive babies. I heard a rumor that Gosnell, under security guard, was going to have tea and krumpets with Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, and the top executives of Planned Parenthood at the White House!!! Rev. Jeremiah Wright requested to attend, also!!! Shucks....just got an e-mail that confirmed that was bogus news!!!
I read through parts of the Grand Jury indictment and between the outlining of the charges and the pictures of the dead babies I could not get all the way through. This man was a monster.

Gosnell will ultimately receive what he has coming. In the meantime, I’m hoping he gets the same treatment in prison that Jeffrey Dahmer got (so he can reap his ultimate reward sooner).

You know how I get out of jury duty? Drop the name “Rush Limbaugh” sometime in the jury interview!!!!!
And now they have some guy down in Houston they claim was twisting the babies’ heads off after delivery. Special section of hell I’m sure.

His name is Dr. Karpen. He does abortions at Aaron’s Women’s Clinic. Our wonderful Lt. Gov. Dewdrop has requested that Houston do a full investigation. I would feel much better if AG Abbott was doing the investigation.
It’s my understanding that this clinic also has a branch in Dallas. I would think that it should also be investigated.
Texas does allow legal abortions. Since we have had Republican majorities in the last two sessions I am disappointed that they have not been outlawed totally. Speaker Strauss - do you hear our request?

That was the whole issue in Roe. Some states allowed it, some didn't. In Roe, SCOTUS found some penumbra that said that aborting your unborn children is such a fundamental right that states CAN'T outlaw it. Regulate it, yes, but not outlaw it outright. So you won't be able to outlaw it without getting SCOTUS to overturn Roe.
(This is dangerously close to one of my hot-button issues, that of states willingly submitting to adverse SCOTUS decisions that favor the government of which SCOTUS is A PART!)
Send the pictures to Obama. He has no problem with this procedure.

Given the current circumstances and laws, the very least that could be done I would think would be to ensure at least an annual unannounced inspection, review of their procedures and a review of all clinical files to ensure compliance.
I know the unannounced part would never happen in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio or Austin and I also know that the laws on the books are not regularly enforced and passing more laws is not the answer, but this wholesale slaughter of our babies in Texas has to stop.
Certainly getting the news stations to cover the issue at prime time should at least be one primary goal.

Would they prefer the pictures of babies burned out with the saline abortion? The ones cut up inside and delivered in pieces? What do people think abortion is?
Juror in sunglasses had a good point: the Mothers should also be charged, as they had more than enough time to prevent this horrific murderer - they were complicit!
