...You don't need to believe the president personally ordered the IRS to target conservative groups to see what's wrong here. If his administration is genuinely holding those responsible to account, then why are we getting this clumsy game of bureaucratic whack-a-mole?

It never happened. Chris Matthews said it isn’t true... this is old news... it’s Bush’s fault anyway... it’s just a political attack by the Koch brothers... OK, so it’s 4 low level government employees that probably did it on a lark... OK, do it’s just some low level IRS employees in two offices, OK, it’s just a few files, no big deal,...Republicans do it too they just have control of the media so we never find out!... OK, so it was 500 files mishandled by rogue IRS in a few places and were not influenced in any way by any known Democrat and they jt happened to do it spontaneously and simultaneously to the same sort of groups because they probably were influenced by a video, can’t we just move along, OK, so it was less than a thousand groups targeted by a little kinetic bureaucratic action, you’re all racist pigs and it’s America’s fault.

It was reported by Fox yesterday, that this “Bush appointee” made a donation to the DNC in 2004. Do these congresscritters not do their homework?

The next time it happens some Republican should ask the Democrat why who made the appointment is so important. The respond: “Obama has been in charge of the executive branch for nearly 5 years. He is the one accountable for the performance of the agency and its employees.”
