Bianna Golodryga opened today's Good Morning America by announcing that it was "a very busy Saturday morning." So busy, in fact, that GMA couldn't spare one second in its first half-hour for the IRS scandal. That despite yesterday's stonewalling testimony by the outgoing IRS Commissioner in which he had the colossal chutzpah to deny there had been any political motive in the targeting of conservative organizations.
So what kept GMA so busy? By far the longest segment was devoted to . . . the Powerball lottery. GMA spent 325 seconds—over five minutes—on the Powerball lottery. One report from stores where lottery tickets are being sold didn't suffice. There were two. Those were followed by an interview with a lottery official. GMA even managed to squeeze in a report of a bear that had climbed into a tree. But the IRS? Sorry: too busy.

The media are democrats and so are pure evil statists/socialists. the media are protecting this evil tyrant Obama. and the coward Obama is hiding behind the media. If this were Bush’s IRS there would be 24/7 coverage of this IRS scandal on all tv networks until the media would force Bush to resign.
What people don’t realize is that the IRS rigged the election of 2012 for Obama and the democrats/socialists in the Senate.
The IRS made many conservative groups disband so that they couldn’t do get out the vote . The IRS stole the election. but the media wants to make it seem like it was just low level employees targeting a few conservative groups. no it was intimidating groups with the threat of perjury to make them disband, many of them in battleground states with the goal of rigging the election for Obama and many democrats/socialists congressmen.
The IRS also waited to approve tax exempt status for many groups until after the election. they couldn’t function as they didn’t want to pay taxes on donations
If the big media doesn’t report then it didn’t happen
What else do you expect? The American public has been dumbed down to moron level, FReepers excluded.

Saturday Today on NBC did give it time. However in John Harwood’s analysis piece he spent the last half warning the GOP to go easy on his buddy Obama.
They’re just another part of what I like to call the “Communist propaganda machine” because that’s exactly what they are. Anything in favor of “The Dear Leader” that furthers his communist agenda gets reported on. Anything that makes the Dear Leader look bad does not.

When I say half the public has its head up its a$$, I mean it’s attention is focused on fluff, sluts, garbage and filth. It pays more attention to kim kardasian’s a$$ and angelina jolie’s b**bs than important things.

All kidding aside, GMA actually worked Kardashian into its Powerball segment. They reported that if someone won the Powerball this week, they would win more than 33x Kim’s annual earnings. They even showed a fictional dollar bill with Kardashian’s image on it! Not kidding.
Exactly. Remember everyone saying “What happened to the Tea Party?” Now we know. The IRS was making sure they did not participate in the election. This thing was stolen.
I was talking to some buddies the other day and neither had heard a word about Benghazi. Not a clue what happened or when it happened. Low information voters, but did not vote for zero. I’ll ask them about the IRS scandal next time I see them.

In Nineteen Eighty-Four the memory hole is a small chute leading to a large incinerator used for censorship:[3]
In the walls of the cubicle there were three orifices. To the right of the speakwrite, a small pneumatic tube for written messages, to the left, a larger one for newspapers; and in the side wall, within easy reach of Winston’s arm, a large oblong slit protected by a wire grating. This last was for the disposal of waste paper. Similar slits existed in thousands or tens of thousands throughout the building, not only in every room but at short intervals in every corridor. For some reason they were nicknamed memory holes. When one knew that any document was due for destruction, or even when one saw a scrap of waste paper lying about, it was an automatic action to lift the flap of the nearest memory hole and drop it in, whereupon it would be whirled away on a current of warm air to the enormous furnaces which were hidden somewhere in the recesses of the building.[4]
In the novel, the memory hole is a slot into which government officials deposit politically inconvenient documents and records to be destroyed. Nineteen Eighty-Four’s protagonist Winston Smith, who works in the Ministry of Truth, is routinely assigned the task of revising old newspaper articles in order to serve the propaganda interests of the government.
For example, if the government had pledged that the chocolate ration would not fall below the current 30 grams per week, but in fact the ration is reduced to 20 grams per week, the historical record (for example, an article from a back issue of the Times newspaper) is revised to contain an announcement that a reduction to 20 grams might soon prove necessary, or that the ration, then 15 grams, would soon be increased to that number. The original copies of the historical record are deposited into the memory hole.
A document placed in the memory hole is supposedly transported to an incinerator from which “not even the ash remains”. However, as with almost all claims made by the Party in this novel, the truth is left ambiguous and the reader is not told whether the documents are truly destroyed. For example, a photograph which Winston throws into one early in the novel is produced later during his torture session by O’Brien, who then throws it back, moments later denying having any memory that the event had even occurred. This draws a direct parallel with the Party’s general philosophy of doublethink, of which the memory hole is in a sense the physical embodiment; as the novel describes it, “to forget, whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again”.
What the media doesn’t report doesn’t even have to be shredded - it didn’t happen....
