The interesting thing from their 8K filed today is that the dealer stats showed a slowing decline in every market except Lat Am (positive and accelerated - got better - each month) while North America (negative and accelerated - got worse - each month). You read the chart below from left to right. the first number is YOY April, The second is YOY March, the third is YOY February.

You can’t. When they buy it they can do whatever they want within the the confines of the contract or patent obligations or whatever. OOPS someone stole it. Not my fault.
Meanwhile, unknown to me of course, my cousin is trying to put it into production at a lower price.
And that’s the only point I’m making, really. We can punish somebody for ripping-off a patent, but will it stop others? No.
