Not if the bills says they cant. Many immigrants never become US citizens.
They should HAVE meet the full Obama-care requirements without government aid JUST AS WE HAVE to, otherwise we are forced to pay for theirs too as we do now.(and their employers shouldnt get the subsidy either, that will give those who came here obeyed the laws a fair shot)
