I would add a few words for clarity.
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
An Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc’ra-cy) is a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
I believe Ineptocracy refines and replaces the word kakistocracy, which is government by the least qualified or most unprincipled citizens.
