And in time, I would have those people come before the Congress and of course the Senate panel, to tell the public what happened to them individually. I would not let up on this issue so people can understand how far the IRS overreached to ones basic rights, And, hopefully tax reform can be discussed as well as taking away a lot of the IRS’s power. We need a new tax code badly.

Here’s an opportunity for conservatives to stop worshipping mammon and get involved. Get organized and demand that your state attorney general investigate the IRS.

An attorney general can investigate, present evidence before a grand jury, indict and arrest IRS thugs for violating the civil rights of its citizens. That’s exactly what’s happening in South Carolina.

So all you people who say nothing ever happens, here you go. It’s up to you to make it happen.

“That’s exactly what’s happening in South Carolina.”

Can you provide more information on these actions?

When as the head of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), he tried to ram Charlie Crist down our throats in Florida. Rubio was a far better choice before his recent sway to the dark side after all his speeches and interviews saying otherwise on immigration.

I will never trust Cornyn or for that matter Rubio ever again. Cornyn is, and will be, an enemy to the ideals of Constitutional Conservatism espoused by the Tea Party and just another GOPe elite trying to revise his history to win favour before he joins the chattering class or K Street.

Screw the elites in all their self-envisioned schemes of “I am fom the government, and I’m here to help” BS.

Did it ever make one wonder why the Republicans are so resistive to move with any clarity on the IRS scandal, or even any of the others? It is simple, they want the Tea Party movement and its principles just as dead as do their Georgetown cocktail party buddie Democrats.

Yes, I’d like to know, too. The Tea Party group I’m most affiliated with hasn’t raised any issues. I’m not sure that have even applied for 501C. But if I get a whiff of this happening here in Pa., I’d like to have info on what has been done in other states.

p.s. - reconsidering my options on where to live for the rest of my life. Top 2 are Texas ad South Carolina.

He must be beginning his run for re-election. He is a Republican who hates the TEA Party. I don’t think he has changed his mind — he just wants to stay in the Senate. Watch his vote on amnesty.
