What did the White House know about the IRS targeting conservative groups and when did it know it?
Crucial evidence needed to develop an accurate answer to that question would include the records of any communications that went back and forth between the IRS and the White House on the topic.

The more they drag their feet, the longer it is going to last.
The longer is lasts, the more traction it will get.
“Fails” to comply? I believe a more apt description would be “refuses” to comply.
It is hard to say the White House didn’t know if you won’t produce the documents proving it didn’t.
The seem to be slightly irritated whenever We the People fail to comply....
Way to make yourself look suspicious!
Congress should freeze all their assets and dock their pay.
There are a good number of Democrats pissed off about this, mostly to save their own skin, of course.
Can’t the IRS simply be defunded?
