Just what we need: Another real estate bubble.

...but most real estate professionals agree it could be a good thing for their industry.Well, then by all means let's pass this gigantic load of crap.
How silly my objections seem in retrospect.

If there is such a boom, it will likely be because foreign nationals earned the money to support it here, at the expense of citizens who were out of work.
Wouldn’t it be nice if U. S. Citizens were able to participate in that boom?
Evidently not!

Again, it’s all about the money. It’s nothing but a money reallocation.

The answer to illegal immigration is self-deportation.

Just what we need. Three or four Mexican families living in the house next door, playing their miserable music full bore in the wee hours of the morning, trashing their yard and raising gang members. We lived in a “changing neighborhood” in San Antonio and fortunately were able to flee before the gang violence began there.

undocumented immigrants could mean $500 billion in new real estate transactions... The influx of crimigrants would mean folks like me selling, and downsizing out of the burbs, where I pay taxes so that these criminaliens can buy these properties, to a small Agenda-21 ICLEI-like city flat, where I can still pay taxes to support them in their new homes.

real estate professionals agree... Is this like Settled Real-Estate?
Sounds so settled-science-ish.

Since about 35 of them live in each single family home, I doubt the amount will be that high.

They must keep those real estate values at least partially inflated, or half the banks in America will be rendered immediately insolvent. I think they would let in the entire population of Afghanistan if they promised to get jobs at McDonalds and buy a few houses before blowing up Washington, DC.

Last time I checked the illeagals were not the type to be buying real Estate. The only industry that will see a big increase is the welfare!

Holding out the imaginary carrot.
“Make millions by supporting our legislation.”
Same tactic the democrats used to get various businesses to back Obamacare.

Not everyone agrees on how immigration reform should be handled but most real estate professionals agree it could be a good thing for their industry. That's the important thing.
