Just looked. Hearing was on May 15th, Wasington Post broke the Rosen story on May 20th. He will weasel out of it.
Problem is if you get rid of Holder, Deval Patrick becomes the AG.
The dems were posturing him for a potential 2016 run at POTUS. Dumping him into the gutter of all this DC corruption would be a good thing for the GOP.

This boys and girls is Major stuff! Let me tell why I think so.
1. The White Hut has publicly attacked Fox News thru interviews and by attempting to ban Fox from the press room.
2. Thru house hearing testimony and depositions in it has become a known fact that there is a dept. Within the justice department that Targeted stories by Fox reporters and fed info. To politico and media matters to attack. Specificly stories written by James Rosen and one other.
3. Holder claimed he recused himself from the A.P. investigation because he himself fed stories to those reporters.
4. Even after giving #3 answer Under Oath he approved going afterRosen under the espinoge law as a criminal co-consprator and claimed he was a flight risk. You can bet Issa and the committee is going to cruxify him for that as doing it on behalf of the white hut.
5. Nero is in need of a speed bump for the bus out of the Injustice Dept. Because he knows the ruling on Fast and Furious document case is coming soon. With holder having been fired Jarrett will try to pin it all on him.

And of course the Dumb party (to my knowledge) still hasn't demand Holder submit documents to the effect that he recused himself sometime before the minute he said it.
So, the current Administration does not know what it is doing? 
Then why appoint the people the Administration wants, especially if it doesn't know what it's doing? Not knowing is not an excuse under the law.
