PHOENIX (AP) - Key figures in a lawsuit that alleges that an Arizona sheriff's office has racially profiled Latinos in its immigration patrols. A judge ruled Friday that Arpaio's office systematically racially profiles Latinos:

BIG Difference here. Note this was in CIVIL Court. Not Criminal Court. Sheriff Joe has NEVER been found to be Criminally guilty and the Justice Dept. even dropped their suit against him without a whimper!! (the criminal suit). This was decided no different than a divorce or libel suit is decided.
