Democrats are obviously not happy with the idea of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner running for mayor of New York City. In an editorial meeting with some local newspapers, New York governor Andrew Cuomo said "shame on us," if Weiner is elected.
Rogers: "So if Anthony Weiner wants to run for mayor, he can run for mayor."
Cuomo: "He runs? He runs."
Rogers: "And if we elect him?"
Cuomo: "Shame on us."
Other than the fact that his own Democrats are already turning against him, Weiner has a number of other problems on his hands above and beyond the extra-marital sexting that forced his resignation from Congress.
For starters, Weiner cannot say that other pictures might not bubble up. But worse than that is that he is unable to say for certain that those he engaged in this kind of behavior with were of age.
Finally, above and beyond the salaciousness of the scandal, Weiner repeatedly lied to his constituents and the media for days about his behavior and also attempted to smear Andrew Breitbart, the man who factually and accurately broke what would become known as Weinergate. . .

Shame on Cuomo - most guys give up that sort of thing when they hit eighteen or twenty.
One theory of why Weiner is running for mayor is that he has several million dollars left in his congressional campaign account that can only be spent for campaign expenses. If he runs for mayor he can use the campaign account to dine out every night, rent limos, rent a suite in the Park Plaza Hotel and try to buy up all the remaining pictures of himself in the cyber world.

Don’t forget besides his stash left over from 2009 ( almost half from out of the city)he is eligible for 1.5 million in tax dollars from the Campaign Finance Board.
Shame on us they elected you! Cuomo is silent when it comes to shelly silver, legislative leader in Albany. WHY so quiet? All he did was announce that he was going to pass a law banning the use of tax payer hush hush money to women sexually harrassed by his firend veto lopez righ after he did it. And cuomo has issues with wiener
