“That person is going to get theirs as far as the situation that happened that’s a bad situation,” said Isaiah Alston.

Alston says he met Davis at Bethal High School, but he knew the teen as Little Ralph.

“He wasn’t like a trouble maker at all. He was like a cool person, mad-chill, but he got hung up with the wrong people and got caught up with the wrong crowd,” said Alston.

Must have been some lucky (or unlucky depending on point of view) "discharges". Imagine the damage if the perp(s) had aimed and shot/fired.
