Breaking: Holder DOJ Went Judge Shopping to Three Different Judges Armed With Criminal Warrants for James Rosen The Holder Department of Justice went judge shopping with criminal warrants for James Rosen.

Two separate judges refused to offer DOJ the ability to secretly search the contents of Rosen’s e-mail account. A third judge, Royce C. Lamberth, appealed the decision and overturned the order of the two judges.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth was the third judge approached by the DOJ. He appealed two previous judges’ decision and allowed the DOJ to secretly snoop on FOX News reporter James Rosen.

Is judge shopping illegal?

What did they have on the third one? Blackmail?

And I think he was the judge that threw out one of the birther suits and threatened Orly Taitz and tried to fine her $20,000. He’s a real man to go to for the left.

Refresh my memory. Royce Lamberth had something to do with the Clinton scandals, but I’ve forgotten what.

Wonder if Lambert was being blackmailed like Petraus was? When Lambert saw all the dirt coming out on Obama he decided it was a good time to come clean?

No, Clinton hated him. He was the judge that gave him the most problems.

Name of the Month - Nimrod

By: Jeff A. Benner

The name nimrod is not Hebrew but it is a Semitic name and is therefore closely related to Hebrew. The name comes from the Semitic root מרד (MRD) meaning "to rebel". In the Ancient Hebrew/Semitic cultures a person’s name was closely related to their character and therefore Nimrod's name fits well with his personality. The name is formed by placing the letter נ (N) before the root. A common means of forming words and names out of a root in Hebrew is by placing the letter מ (M) before the root while other Semitic languages use the letter נ (N). Because of this we know that Nimrod is of a non-Hebrew Semitic origin.

The person Nimrod is only mentioned in Genesis 10:8,9 but these two passages speak volumes about the character of Nimrod. The standard translation for verse 9 is something like "He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; therefore it is said, "Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before the LORD". It would appear that there is nothing out of the ordinary about Nimrod. So, why is he so often seen as such an evil person?

I found this originally from The New Yorker.

This involved judge shopping but was in regard to telling Rosen about the warrants.

Rosen’s emails were seized, with a judge’s approval, as part of the prosecution of Kim. In addition to a delay unsealing the documents for warrants, there was also a delay unsealing chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Washington Royce Lamberth’s 2010 order that the government wasn’t required to notify Rosen that his emails had been the subject of a warrant. Although that order was posted on the court’s website, it was not available on the public docket until now.

Lamberth apologized for these delays Wednesday this week saying a ”series of administrative errors by the court’s staff” caused them.

The documents reveal that two judges had said the Justice Department was required to notify Rosen of the warrants, the New Yorker reported. But U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Machen, Jr., requested in 2010 that the court exercise its power to keep sealed the warrants and related documents in this case as there “exists an extraordinary situation and compelling government interest, which justify such a sealing.”

Machen also requested the court order Google not to notify Rosen of the warrant either.

Lambert overturned the two judges who declared the Rosen was to be notified of the warrants, granting Machen’s request that the documents remain sealed.

Lamberth blamed a series of administrative errors and said a review of the “performance of the personnel involved is underway.” He also said he was creating a new category on the court’s Web site where all search and arrest warrants will be made public unless they fall under a separate sealing order.

So is there a rogue law clerk under Lambert that is allowing bad policy to go forward without notifying Lambert? I would not be surprised if O’ and jarrett were hiding “their people” in courts across the land.

“Okay. Here’s the question. Does holder deserve a ping list all his very own? Let me know.”

IMO, It merits, even though he may be on his way out the door.

OTOH, for it to be of benefit to the most Freepers possible, IMO, we need a bio of who he is (history) and a running list of all his crimes.

IOW, a FR-threat matrix-type thread on Eric Holder-—because one thing we can be certain of-—even if he resigns, he will be rehabilitated and promoted.

Maybe easier said than done, but Holder has a long history we Freepers need to be reminded of-— in a central FR thread.

I think “Nimrod” has acquired a pejorative meaning because Bugs Bunny ridiculed hunter Elmer Fudd, “What a Nimrod” (that is, sarcastically, this doofus thinks he’s a mighty hunter). So we’ve come to associate “Nimrod” with “nincompoop.”

If Fast and Furious gun walking resulting in the deaths of Americans, the Benghazi coverup, the IRS discriminatory practices and the AP scandal don’t rise to the level of impeachable offenses against this administration, nothing will. Holder doesn’t go anywhere.
