Well that should piZZ off the folks in Moore, OK but it sure as hell will be a happy note for the folks in Monroe. Perhaps they too, can use some federal monies to beautify their community.

There is a Monroe, Oklahoma, but it is south of Fort Smith, Arkansas. It is identified as a small, unincorporated community with a post office.
This is either an indication off how low of a priority the Moore tornado is to Obama
or
It is a purposeful verbal middle finger to a deeply conservative state.
In either case, Obama is a Grade-A jerk.

I grew up in a Pentecostal church. The first time I heard Obama speak I turned to hubby and said....listen to him, he is preaching. Same sing song rhythm.
