Yes, he could sue the estate, and that would be more appropriate than going after the widow directly, but it would still be beneath the dignity of any decent man.

Thanks Bratch. Glass Jaw Ventura is just humiliating himself now, and I thought he'd reached his limit in that department.
Lawyers for Ventura have asked a federal court to continue his lawsuit against Chris Kyle -- who was killed in February by a young veteran he was mentoring -- by substituting Kyles wife, Taya, as the defendant.
Chris Kyle was and is a hero, it's just too bad he didn't hit the Wrassler just a little harder.
