Boy Scouts and adult volunteers planning to wear their uniforms in Utah's upcoming LGBT pride parade aren't allowed to do so under the organization's guidelines prohibiting advocating political or social positions, a leader with the program said Friday.

Folks, these are Gay Scouts who want to march in the parade. Now that they can officially be members of scouting, they figure they can flaunt it.
The Boy Scouts of America are the ones telling them that they cannot do this. That part of the agreement for all scouts is that they cannot openly support, with the Scout uniform, any political or particular social agenda.
But, by opening the door, there will be more and more of this. Lawsuits are coming...particularly when Openly Gay young men become Eagle Scouts and are held up as examples to other scouts. Those young men will “naturally” want to go on and lead in the Scout organization as adults and will be denied based on their being gay...and then the law suits will follow. Lots and lots of them until they force the Scouts to accept the adults as Scout leaders.
That is what this has all been about.

You know, I’m thinking the new GSA should have a lavender uniform as an option, and that it WOULD be OK to wear those in parades. They’d be so colorful, so parade-worthy.
Parents take your boys out of the scouts for crying out loud to find a new group for them which honors moral standards. This is about faith to God not your care of some agenda driven group that has taken over the BSA.
Let God worry about destroying them, if He wishes... choose the good things and let the bad things automatically fall by the wayside if they refuse outreach.

These “scouts” will of course not be removed, just like the co-ed packs and troops have not been removed, and just like the councils who have told the media that they have and will welcome openly homosexual scout leaders have not been removed....
