Wonder if the sockpuppet’s handlers will go to court to overturn the judge’s ruling . . . wouldn’t that be great press? And where’s the attacks on Palin now . . . death panel and all?

So instead of getting in line and following the rules like the thousands of other hopeful organ transplant recipients, the way you do it now is go to a judge and he puts you in the front of the line.

The trial lawyers are delirious with joy.

Starting to look like it’ll take Federal court orders to obtain medical care under Obamacare.

A can of worms is now officially opened

How are you going to tell other parents of sick kids they can't get bumped up? Or sick adults?

And this my FRiends, is why death committees can be tested under Plessy v Furguson (over turns separate but equal). At least, in my simple knowledge of Con. law.

Don’t start rejoicing yet. The child has merely been approved to be placed on a waiting list. She reportedly has WEEKS to live. If Sebelius drags her feet a little, and/or throws a little bureaucratic gravel into the gearbox, she may even yet have the pleasure of seeing the little girl die!/S

Wonderful. Now prospective transplant patients have yet another hoop to jump through, one with no medical training, no financial expertise, only a political agenda. And this will lead to improved care? This is going to lead lower costs?

This was supposed to bend the “cost curve” down. Well, it is bending something over. I think it is us.

That Sebelius. She’s a great humanitarian aint she??

Nothing like letting a 10 year old die because she isn’t 12.

God Bless this child and give her a successful transplant and a healthy life.

How can they do that, after all a Leftist Govenment Leader knows so much more than Doctors about medical issues, that is why Der Leader put himself and his minions in charge!

Guess that Judge will have to be taught his place.

Can I take life insurance out on him?

#ITCHSLAP!

Now the Democrats are going to get together to figure out how to challenge this so that they can kill the 10 year old and support Sibelius.

They have to find a way to stumble to the wrong side of almost any issue.
