Still not sure what is happening but at least we will keep an R for the time being. And if Jeff Chiesa does a great job the incumbent usually have a heads up in the election.

Hey, Norm, here's another one...sigh.

Very well-reasoned response.

A lot to juggle and consider, sounds like he made the right call.

One more thing.... Maybe the Dems will be too exhausted voting in October that they don’t turn out in November. :-)

What an idiot.

He should have named “Chelsea Clinton” to the spot to show the incompetency of the Dhimmicrats.

I think that is the idea. It must cost the Democrats a bundle to get their voters to the polls, and that is why the off year gubernatorial elections get NJ the occasional Republican governor. It costs the Democrats too much to crank up the machine for off-year elections. This is an off year, plus their effort needs to be split over three elections.

As a true conservative, Steve Lonegan would never have gotten the Republican nomination under normal circumstances. This will make for a very interesting summer and fall.

That fat waste of space. Does he not realize the minute he is out of ear when meeting Obama, he is getting ridiculed? They have a field day with him. For me he is worse than Obama. He is supposed to be part of the only tangible opposition yet for the right price he will sell his soul.

If only Democraps declared the race unwinnable every red state they won in the past several cycles (ND, LA, AR, NC, AK, the list goes on)...

I would ask that if getting RINOs into power is such a good thing for America, why not just side with more conservative/less moonbat democrats to begin with?

That’s a serious question because these rocket surgeons are convinced that ‘lesser evils’ are the way to go. Why not simply avoid the hassle? Conservative Democrats would be an easy win. And winning, they tell us, is what matters most.

Best of both worlds...

True. However, there are no more conservative democrats. The party won't back or fund them.

But that’s the beauty of it. Winning is all that matters to Leftist Republicans and FRs liberal wing. So they can get their win, claim it was a lesser evil and say that their beibers were stuned when the conservative dem that does not exist turns out to be a regular variety.

Doesn’t make sense? No it doesn’t. Neither does voting for lib Republicans just because they sport a ‘R’, so they will feel right at home.

Yep, writing on the wall; favor to Obama by Christie. Booker will get 110% of the votes in every district.

That’s pretty much a confirmation that Christie plans to switch parties.>>>>>> Why would he do that? He'll get most of the dem votes as well as all of the RINOs, GOPe and even most people on here (only one that can beat Hilary, don't ya know?)

If Christie runs, I won’t vote.

Sorry. I will not be guilted into buying something that is different from what I want.

He made a deal with Booker, is my guess. Booker is a powerful train coming down the track. You can get out of his way, but you can’t stop him. I’ve been following him for years and he is dyne-o-mite. All the right stuff. All he has to do is not fall for some climber on the way up. They are in league on the education problems in NJ it appears to me, and probably like-minded on many issues.

I’d like to add: Remember Christie is still in New Jersey. NJ is like the Upper West Side with corn and tomatoes.
