I suspect that anyone who is a hole in the net, who tries to use only cash, not use electronic communications, etc. is also a suspect. They will have minimal information on everyone - driver's licenses, tax records, facial recognition records, and the like. If there isn't much else, that individual is probably flagged.
Then I’m a big red flag. And so is anyone else trying to go Galt. So be it.
