Has the 4th amendment been violated?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Once a tip is received, the data is mined, and then 3 guys in a pool of water decide whether you are up to something and what your motive is.
Someone has seriously pissed off Langeley.

PatCon was an ambitious SPLC/FBI op to monitor ALL right-wing groups in the USA.
The final OkBomb arrests at OKC were timed VERY delicately in order to permit for maximal prosecution and drama.
But the field is messy unlike HQ, and the blast timetable was suddenly moved up at the last minute, and the blast did go off, leaving the authorities with a HUGE tar-baby on their hands.
But McVeighs cover was intact, and very few knew he was a government asset. But there had been 170 deaths that had to be blamed on SOMEONE, and the very worried suits in DC decided McVeigh was then best used as a fall-guy, instead of carrying on in his capacity as an agent.
His sheep-dipping process had involved a very credible process of going around acting nutty, the better to convince genuine kooks, but it would also serve especially well to convince liberal media people of his dastardly and solitary culpability.
Did the gummint WANT to blow up their own building..? Probably not, but they did put all the pieces in place.
A gov that would burn down churches, shoot mommmies in the head, blow up a day-care center:
Would they smuggle guns to narcos?
Would they, say, uh...bug the media?
Would they relentlessly harass 500 groups and even individual donors?
Would they spy on the communications of the innocent American public?
WOULD THEY SPY ON MEMBERS OF CONGRESS?

Americans are too entertainment addicted to resist the candy.
“We get a tip. We vet it.”
Unless a marxist usurper runs for the highest office in the world.
When is Benghazi going to come back into the picture, anyone know?
There’s something going on here that’s not completely apparent yet. IMO, the dam is about to break and drown the Obuma administration. Everything breaking in rapid succession is not random. There’s a well-managed plan in action. I’m thinking DIA (not CIA) is pushing levers and buttons.
Just speculating.
Who knew Maxine Waters was on the cutting edge of Intelligence when she said that Obama had a data base that could track everybody. Of course, she thought it was a good thing.
Obama made it quite clear who the terrorists are. Not the jihadis, but his political opponents. US.
***The officials would not disclose the names of the companies because, they said, doing so would provide U.S. enemies with a list of companies to avoid***
U.S. enemies? Like Tea Party and Constitutionalists I presume.
Maybe they do. But I smell psy-ops.
Seems that Holder when asked by Senator Kirk today had a great response.
Can you assure us no members of the Capitol building were monitored? asked Kirk. When Holder said he wouldnt be able to answer that question in an open forum, Kirk interrupted him. I think the correct answer is we stayed within our lane and we did not spy on members of Congress.
It's time for alternatives!

Recommendation: At night, you should never sleep in the same building with your phone and you should never sleep in the same building on consecutive nights. It's not always convenient, but it is workable.
